PRODUCT INFORMATION
Are your whiskeys chill filtered?
No. All Garden County releases are non-chill filtered to preserve maximum flavor and character.
Do you add coloring to your whiskey?
Never. All our whiskeys carry only their natural color from cask maturation.
What does "additive-free" mean?
We add nothing to our whiskey except water to achieve bottling strength. No caramel coloring, no flavor additives.
What's the difference between Single Grain and Single Malt?
Single Grain uses maize and malted barley, distilled in column stills for lighter character. Single Malt uses 100% malted barley in copper pot stills for richer flavor.
How should I store my whiskey?
Store upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 1-2 years for optimal flavor.
CASK PROGRAMME
How does the Cask Programme work?
You purchase new make spirit in your chosen cask. We mature it in our Wicklow warehouse. You decide when to bottle.
How much does a cask cost?
Pricing varies by spirit type and cask selection. Contact us for full programme details and current availability.
How long must I mature my cask?
Minimum 3 years by law. We recommend 5-10 years for optimal character development.
Can I visit my cask?
Yes. Cask owners receive annual invitations to visit and sample their maturing whiskey.
How many bottles will my cask produce?
Approximately 200-250 bottles, depending on cask size and maturation length (accounting for Angel's Share).

How do I place an order?

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Select gift packaging at checkout for premium presentation with complimentary note card.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

We ship throughout Ireland, UK, and select European countries. International shipping available on request.
How long does delivery take?

Free standard shipping on orders over €75. Express delivery available at checkout.
